Accommodation
Make your hotel reservation by filling in your requests on the registration form. Hotel rates and available rooms can only be guaranteed if your booking is made by June 10, 2010. The hotel rooms will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
Credit Card Guarantee
In order to make a hotel reservation you need to state your credit card details on the registration form. In case of a "No show", which means that the room has not been used nor been cancelled in advance, the whole stay may be charged on your credit card.
Neither Academic Conferences nor the hotel may use your credit card without your authorization for any other purpose than the above.
Payment Options
Academic Conferences do not accept payment for accommodation. Accommodation should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. You can pay by credit card or by cash.
Changes to your Reservation
If you need to change your reservation, please contact Academic Conferences by e-mail or fax.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Academic Conferences as soon as possible but not later than 14 days prior to arrival. After that date, a cancellation fee may be charged.
