Registration

We recommend that you carefully read the registration terms before filling in the registration form and that you have a credit card ready for the hotel reservation and/or payment for the conference. This electronic transaction is secure, and your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.


Registration fees

NEW! According to Swedish legislation and routines from 1 January 2010, VAT will be added for delegates from outside Sweden. There may be a possibility for your organization to reclaim the VAT directly from your local Tax Authority. Please check with your local administration.

Fees for all participants include
Conference documentation, coffee and lunches according to the programme, get-together on August 15 and welcome reception on August 16. Additional fees for the optional excursions on August 17 and the Gala dinner on August 18. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

Participants registered as CESE members or PhD-students, must be able to prove that they are entitled to the fee if requested by the organizers.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes
Get-together on August 15, welcome reception on August 16 and the guided walk of Uppsala for accompanying persons on August 16. Additional fees for the optional excursions on August 17 and the Gala dinner on August 18. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. You will receive your invoice by e-mail. If you need your invoice to be sent to a postal address you must write your invoice address and reference (if any) on the payment page of the registration form. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Delegates from outside Sweden
NEW! According to Swedish legislation and routines from 1 January 2010, VAT will be added for delegates from outside Sweden.
• All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
• Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer
• We will not accept any bank charge deductions
• Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques

Important
Please make it easier for us to identify your payment by writing "CESE 2010" and the delegate's name on it.

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have received your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please send an e-mail to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular post to the conference secretariat. There is a cancellation fee of SEK 750. Cancellations will be accepted until June 9, 2010. If you have already paid we will refund all charges except for the non-refundable cancellation fee of SEK 750. We will not permit any refunds or fee reductions for cancellations received after June 9.

Change of Delegate
Substitutions of delegates can be made at any time for an additional charge of SEK 250. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to change delegate.
