Registration

The registration form is closed. You are still welcome to register and pay on-site at Uppala Concert and Congress, the conference venue, starting from 13.00, Saturday, Sept 25.

 

Deadline for guarantee of hotel accommodation is August 1.
PLEASE NOTE: During the EAHP conference week there are many other parallell meetings in Uppsala and the hotels will quickly be fully booked. There i a high risk of not finding accommodation at a later date.

When you register (deadline early bird July 15) please make sure to also book accommodation on the same registration form.

We recommend that you carefully read the registration terms before filling in the registration form and that you have a credit card ready for the hotel reservation and/or payment for the meeting. This electronic transaction is secure, and your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. You will receive your invoice by e-mail. If you need your invoice to be sent to a postal address you must write your invoice address and reference (if any) on the payment page of the registration form. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Delegates from outside Sweden
According to Swedish legislation and routines from 1 January 2010, VAT will be added for delegates from outside Sweden.
• All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
• Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer
• Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express (Our University does not accept VISA Electron or Maestro). The Internet credit card service provider sometimes have trouble with Safari. We recommend the web browser Firefox with Mac OS.
• We will not accept any bank charge deductions
• Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have received your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please send an e-mail to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular post to the conference secretariat. There is a cancellation fee of SEK 750. Cancellations will be accepted until August 10. If you have already paid we will refund all charges except for the non-refundable cancellation fee of SEK 750. We will not permit any refunds or fee reductions for cancellations received after August 10.

Change of Delegate
Substitutions of delegates can be made at any time for an additional charge of SEK 250. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to change delegate.
