Accommodation
Reservation through the conference secretariat is no longer possible. Please contact the hotels directly to make a reservation.
If you need to make any changes in your reservation between 5 and 8 June you have to contact your hotel directly.
Credit card guarantee
You have to guarantee your hotel reservation with a credit card number on the registration form. In case of a "No show", which means that the room has not been used nor been cancelled in advance, the whole stay may be charged on your credit card.
The credit card will NOT be used by neither Academic Conferences nor the hotel without your authorization, for any other purpose than above.
Payment options
No payment for accommodation will be made to Academic Conferences. Payment for the accommodation will be made directly to the hotel during your stay. You can pay by credit card or by cash.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact Academic Conferences as soon as possible but not later than 23 May. After that date, a cancellation fee equivalent to at least one night will be charged.
