Pre-registration is now closed. Welcome to register on-site in the Linnaeus Garden on Sunday 8 June at 17.00-20.00 or at Ultuna campus on Monday 9 June. The secretariat opens at 08.00 on Monday.

Fees for all delegates include: Conference bag with documentation, Welcome drink in the Linnaeus garden on 8 June, Welcome reception at the Ultuna campus, SLU, on 9 June, Mid-Conference Tour and BBQ on Funbo-Lövsta on 10 June and lunches and coffee according to the programme.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: Welcome drink in the Linnaeus garden on 8 June, Opening session incl. lunch on 9 June, A guided walk in Uppsala on 9 June, Welcome reception at the Ultuna campus, SLU on 9 June, Mid-conference Tour and BBQ at Funbo-Lövsta on 10 June, Stockholm Tour on 11 June.

Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. You will receive your invoice by e-mail. If you need your invoice to be sent to a postal address, you must write your invoice address and reference (if any) on the payment page of the registration form. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines. 

Delegates from outside Sweden
• VAT will not be added for delegates from outside Sweden
• all payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
• payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer
• We will not accept any bank charge deductions
• unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques

Important:
Please make it easier for us to identify your payment by writing egf2008 and the delegate's name on it.

Confirmation of registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have received your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please send an e-mail to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation
Cancellation of participation in the Conference, Pre- or Post-conference Tours must be sent in writing to the Conference secretariat. There is a cancellation fee of SEK 750. Cancellations will be accepted until 15 April. If you have already paid your delegate fee we will refund all charges except for the non-refundable cancellation fee of SEK 750. We will not permit any refunds or fee reductions for cancellations received after 15 April.

If you cancel a social activity that you have already paid for there is a cancellation fee of SEK 250. Social activities can be cancelled until May 23. (This does not include the Pre- and Post-conference Tours.)

Change of delegate
Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time for a cost of SEK 250. Please contact the conference secretariat for change of delegate.
