Poster instructions

Posters must be produced in 'portrait' orientation, and must not exceed 100 cm width x 140 cm height (32 x 48”).
A recent photo of the presenting author should be placed on the top right hand corner of the poster to help delegates locate authors. Full contact information should also be provided.
Posters should contain objectives and conclusions. Apart from that, authors are free to organize the poster as they wish. Photos and other figures are encouraged.
Text on the posters should be readable from a 3 m distance. Use a non-serif typeface such as Arial. We recommend at least 20 mm (94 p) letters for the title and 9 mm (42 p) letters for running text.
Additional information can be provided on separate sheets in a folder attached to the poster.
When arriving at the conference venue, identify your screen by the abstract number and attach your poster. Instructions where to put posters and material for fastening them will be provided.
Posters should be on display until Thursday morning.
You are expected to be available at your poster during the poster sessions on Tuesday 16.30-18.00 and Wednesday 16.30-17.30.
