Poster instructions
- Posters must be produced in 'portrait' orientation, and must not exceed 100 cm width x 140 cm height (32 x 48”).
- A recent photo of the presenting author should be placed on the top right hand corner of the poster to help delegates locate authors. Full contact information should also be provided.
- Posters should contain objectives and conclusions. Apart from that, authors are free to organize the poster as they wish. Photos and other figures are encouraged.
- Text on the posters should be readable from a 3 m distance. Use a non-serif typeface such as Arial. We recommend at least 20 mm (94 p) letters for the title and 9 mm (42 p) letters for running text.
- Additional information can be provided on separate sheets in a folder attached to the poster.
- When arriving at the conference venue, identify your screen by the abstract number and attach your poster. Instructions where to put posters and material for fastening them will be provided.
- Posters should be on display until Thursday morning.
- You are expected to be available at your poster during the poster sessions on Tuesday 16.30-18.00 and Wednesday 16.30-17.30.
