Accommodation

Make your hotel reservation by filling in your requests on the registration form. Hotel rates and available rooms can only be guaranteed if your booking is made by May 3. The hotel rooms will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
May 13 - we have no longer any pre-booked rooms left to book on the registration form. You can try to contact the hotels directly (check the website link by each hotel for contact information) or go to Uppsala Tourism website, where there is an on-line booking service of available rooms in Uppsala.

Credit Card Guarantee
In order to guarantee accommodation you need to state your credit card details on the registration form. The information will only be used in case of no-show or late cancellation. Please read “Cancellation and Refunds” on the Registration page.

Payment Options
Accommodation must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. You will be able to pay by credit card or by cash.

If you need to change your reservation, please contact the conference secretariat by e-mail.
