Excursions
During Wednesday June 15, at 8.30-12.00 in the morning, there will be a possibility to join an excursion in Uppsala or in the neighborhood. There will be four alternatives. Please indicate in the registration form which excursion you would like to attend.
Some of the excursions might be cancelled in case of too few participants.
1. Uppsala City tour and visit to Gamla (Old) Uppsala
Price: 500 SEK. Including bus, entrance fees, guide and coffee.

2. Linnaeus’ Hammarby
Price: 500 SEK. Including bus, entrance fees, guide and coffee.
Carl Linnaeus’ summer house, where he lived with his family and worked from 1758 during the summer season. A lovely place to visit in mid June.

3. SLU-Lövsta, the new Uppsala Livestock Research Center
Price: 500 SEK. Including bus, entrance fees, guide and coffee.
The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences has recently and will further move into new localities in Lövsta outside Uppsala

4. Green Campus Ultuna, the out-door environment at new SLU-campus
Price: 300 SEK. Including guide and coffee.
Many new cluster department building are presently being build ät the agricultural universitu campus är Ultuna where we the congress is hosted. In this excursion the out door environment of the new SLU-campus Ultuna will be presented and guided by landscape architect Tomas Lagerström.
