Congress venue
The congress will take place at Ultuna Campus of SLU, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, 5 km south of central Uppsala.
Two of SLU’s four faculties are stationed here, the Faculty of Natural Resources and Agricultural Sciences and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science.
Ultuna also houses the main part of the university’s general administration and management. There are about 2 000 employees at SLU in Uppsala, and the same number of students.
Getting from the central station to the conference venue, SLU Ultuna
You can easily get to and from Ultuna Campus by local bus number 12, 20 and 110. They run daily from early morning to late nights.
A single ticket costs SEK 30. You can pay with credit card on the bus, or buy a ticket in advance from vending machines at the Central station and "Stora Torget", the big square in the city centre. You can also buy a discount card at "Upplysningen" and at "Pressbyrån" in the city centre.
Then a one way trip will cost SEK 20.
